J.P. Morgan has announced that the applications to their Corporate and Investment Bank Early Insights Programs as well as their Advancing Pathways Fellowship are now live!
 

The Insights Programs
To support their goal of having a dynamic, diverse team, they have designed various Early Insights Programs, which aim to attract undergraduate students who self-identify as female, Black or African American, Hispanic and/or Latino, and/or part of the LGBT+ community; however, all students regardless of background who are interested in exploring job opportunities at JPMorgan Chase are welcome to apply.

Advancing Black Pathways and Advancing Hispanics and Latinos Pathways

The Fellowship Program (applicable to current undergraduate sophomores, graduating between December 2024 and June 2025) is a 6-week immersive program committed to providing early exposure and professional development opportunities to students from communities that are underrepresented in the financial industry, however, all eligible students, regardless of background, are welcome to apply.

The Program is broken down into two parts: 3 weeks focused on building your general business acumen and learning more about JPMorgan Chase, and a 3-week deep-dive into one of JPMC’s firm-wide function tracks:

  • Corporate & Investment Banking

  • Commercial Banking

  • Asset & Wealth Management

  • Software Engineering

  • Corporate, Consumer and General Management

  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

  • Community & Consumer Banking
